Kawasaki Gas Turbine Asia (M) is subsidiary of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd (KHI), Japan. They are in the business of energy savings solutions for heavy industries and manufacturing through cogeneration system, boilers and chillers.

Situation

KGA needed to quickly pivot their marketing and sales strategy due to inability to do exhibitions. Old website were too outdated not ready for digital marketing efforts, not getting noticed and zero leads.

Challenge

Revamp their website to make it ‘digital marketing-ready’ and generate from none to 10 leads a month.

Plan

We strategized the user flow and content so in away to speak to multiple levels of awareness, and roles of their customers. This was translated into different level of complexity to explain their solutions.

The Progress

Outcome

The website content has been successul to educate prospects of different levels and background. The cogen calculator has been so successful that even their Japan headquarters are looking to implement this worldwide.
