After people contact the company, the company decides whether or not to deal with them. If the company decides to deal with them, it might send them information about the product, give them a discount, or send them the product. After a visitor reaches the bottom of the funnel, they might do one of three things:
- They might buy the product.
- They might sign up for a mailing list.
- They might leave a comment on a blog post.
