Situation
Their previous website had a lot of information, yet they were not helpful in creating conversions as they were not clear about who they helped and how. The website looked like they were selling drones instead of Geospatial Intelligence Services. In addition, the look and feel felt cheap and does not represent the sophistication of their service.
Challenge
Even though they already had projects with existing clients, they still need more projects in this very niched industries and quite a few players. At that time, they had a clear-cut deadline for an international defence exhibition.
Plan
The plan was to build a website optimised for conversion. We went over the strategy workshop with them and fine tuned their core offering: Geospatial Intelligence Technology -a more accurate description of their business compared to drone shop before. We planned their sitemap to clearly communicate their services, products, and show the real-world applications of their services and included client success stories.
Outcome
Their result was a great success, with the website helping to increase the conversion rate from passerby to prospects, driving their revenue up. They have now expanded their business to an international office in Singapore to serve more clients.
